Individual, Couples/Sex and Family Psychotherapy
A welcoming space to explore yourself, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
At FourRivers, I offer affirming, collaborative psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating personal challenges, relationship concerns, sexuality, intimacy, and life transitions.
My approach is grounded in respect for each person's identity, lived experiences, relationships, and goals. I welcome clients across diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA2-S+ individuals and those practicing consensual non-monogamy.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to explore emotional challenges, past experiences, relationships, identity, and personal growth.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, self-esteem concerns, or significant life changes, we work together to understand patterns, build on your strengths, and identify meaningful ways forward.

Our work focuses on understanding relational patterns, strengthening communication, and identifying what each partner needs to move toward greater understanding and connection.
When appropriate, I incorporate tools such as PREPARE/ENRICH to help partners recognize their strengths, explore areas of growth, and better understand their relationship dynamics.
Sex Therapy
Sexuality is a natural and meaningful part of the human experience—not something to be judged or automatically pathologized.
I provide sex-positive, body-affirming therapy for individuals and partners exploring sexual concerns, differences in desire, sexual identity, intimacy, body image, and relationship agreements.
My approach welcomes diverse expressions of sexuality, including kink, consensual non-monogamy, and asexuality, while emphasizing consent, communication, autonomy, and mutual respect.
Sex therapy is talk-based psychotherapy and does not involve physical or sexual contact.
Family & Sibling Relationships
