I have worked in the mental health field for nearly 30 years, supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through a wide range of life's challenges.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in systemic, relational, and psychodynamic perspectives. I believe that understanding our past experiences, relationships, cultural identities, and the systems in which we live can help us better understand who we are today. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen connections, and identify opportunities for healing and meaningful change.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, sexual concerns, and identity-related challenges. My doctoral research focused on pedophilia, and I have significant clinical experience working with both survivors and perpetrators of sexual abuse.

My personal experiences living in different countries and identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community have deepened my commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care. I welcome clients of diverse identities, orientations, and relationship structures, including those exploring kink, consensual non-monogamy, and other expressions of sexuality and intimacy.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to social justice, cultural humility, inclusion, and the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.
